Dr. Emily Deane

Dr. Deane is board certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. As a female surgeon in a male-dominated field, Dr. Deane brings a unique perspective to her practice as a facial plastic surgeon, combining precision with an innate understanding of beauty.

Dr. Deane earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from McGill University before pursuing her Medical Doctorate, Master of Surgery at McGill as well. Dr. Deane completed a five-year residency training in Otolaryngology—Head & Neck Surgery at the University of British Columbia where she was awarded the prestigious Garth Warnock Award in addition to numerous funding and research grants. After residency, she secured a highly competitive and coveted fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy-League institution where she refined her expertise under the guidance of esteemed mentors.
